The Mysterious Fate of an Ancient Civilization: A 5,500-Year-Old Nuclear Enigma

Around 5,500 years ago, a highly influential and mighty nation existed. Those people were at the height of scientific progress and advancements in terms of technology. Those people used to carve the mountains in such a beautiful way and make the strongest palaces Due to their advanced constructions and features, they became rebellious. They denied the existence of God. When the Prophets would explain the guidance to them, they would make fun of them and torment them, they would force them out of their villages/areas.

That region was very green and lush. But when it was decided to punish them, the blessings were stopped from them, but they still did not stop. Among them, the rains and clouds completely turned away from the order of their Lord, due to which a situation of famine had arisen there. Then one day a very strange incident happened.

One day they saw a cloud of smoke rising in the sky which was rapidly moving towards them. He was very happy to see clouds and thought that their famine was over. This cloud would rain well and once again they would be surrounded by greenery everywhere. But this cloud was about to rain wrath. It was not that cloud, but that cloud had left nothing but their strong houses and palaces.

This incident is mentioned in the Holy Quran.

Then when they saw that it was a cloud moving towards their plains, they said: This is a cloud that will rain on us, (no) but it is what you wanted quickly, i.e. wind. In which there is a painful punishment. She will destroy everything by the command of her Lord, so they became such in the morning that nothing could be seen except their houses, thus WE punish the guilty people. 24/25 Surah Ahqaf

It was such a fast and radioactive effect that even after thousands of years, this region did not allow the land to be settled. No plants and greenery were left there and no one was allowed to live there safely. Wherever it passed, the air stripped away the flesh from human bodies, leaving only a cage of bones (like a nuclear attack, the flesh of human bodies melted into steam.) The air was as sterile as radiation. By affecting the soil of the place, it makes it sterile and does not allow anything to be born.

Allah says in the Holy Qur'an.

When WE sent the barren wind upon them, she would not leave anything she passed without turning it into rotten bones. Al-Zariyat 41/42

This radiation-like air made their bodies look like rotting bones without flesh. Everything was erased. There are no oases, no pleasant gardens, and no greenery. Flying sand and human structures were left everywhere. This entire region was empty. Even today, only sand can be seen flying far and wide here. In today's time, this region is called by the name of Raba Khali.

Four thousand years have passed.

One day, an army of the best people (companions of MUHAMMAD ﷺ) in the world passed through this area, led by the best people (MUHAMMAD ﷺ) in the universe. The army had come from a long distance. When Ahl Lashkar (a group of people) saw some ruins in this region, they stopped there for a while to rest, eat, and drink. There was also a well there. Ahl Lashkar took water from the well, collected some dry wood burnt it, and started preparing bread and curry.

When the chief and the leader of the army came to know about this, he ordered his companions to throw away the water drawn from the well, the cooked bread, and the prepared curry and not to eat any of it or drink get out of here as soon as possible, otherwise all of you may be killed. A nation was punished here. Do not use anything here.

This food was prepared for a large army. But on the order of the Prophet ﷺ, everything was wasted.

This is the knowledge that Allah bestowed upon him (MUHAMMAD ﷺ) that he had detected an unseen epidemic or plague in that place which was deadly for humans.

The word Rih al-Aqeem is used in the Holy Qur'an for this air. Rih means windy and barren, barren woman, man, or earth.

Scholars searched for the meaning of the word barren air for a long time but could not find out about such barren air which was so deadly that it melts the flesh from the body and rots the bones and makes everything in that place barren. So that even after thousands of years nothing could produce anything there. In the present era, after knowing about the nuclear experiments and their failure, the thought goes in this direction and the meanings of these verses of the Holy Qur'an became clear. A cloud that grows with lightning speed and then brings death and causes destruction. No one gives a chance to recover. Then after that, there was a barrenness that destroyed everything and did not allow anything to be born there for thousands of years.

May Allah guide us all and protect the charity of His beloved ﷺ from any such seizure.
