Introduction of Hell

 Concept of Hell in Islam

Jahannam (Hell) is believed to be a pit of fire that burns continuously. Jahannam fire is the highest heat and black in color. Jahannam is the place where all humans and jinn are warned and called to avoid sin. Punishment in hell knows no bounds for unbelievers and slanderers, but punishment for Muslims depends on their crime.

When Allah created Hell, He burned a scorching fire in Jahannam for a thousand years. When Jahannam became fiery red, He burned it for another thousand years until it became pure white, and finally, Allah reheated it for another final thousand years, and the flame went from pure white to pure black, the fire of Jahannam is believed to be 70 times more harmful than ordinary fire.

Jahannam consists of various poisonous and abominable animals, such as poisonous donkeys, and Jahannam whose, bites do not heal for 40 years. Jahannam also has snakes and lizards. The sinners of Jahanam are offered pus, blood, boiling water to drink, and a tree with thorny, thorny brows, called Zaqqum. Therefore, Allah warned the people and the jinn about Jahannam. Jahannam has seven levels of him.

1.      A stone dropped in hell reaches the bottom of hell after 70 years - (Muslim)

2.      There is a distance of 40 years between the two walls of one enclosure of Hell - (Abu Ya'li)

3.      4 billion 90 million angels will be appointed to bring hell to the field of judgment (Muslim)

4.      The lightest punishment of Hell will be to wear two shoes of fire, which will open the mind of the Hell-dweller- (Muslim)

5.      One molar (big tooth) of the person of heller will be bigger than Mount Uhud - (Muslim)

6.      The skin of the body of the hellish person will be 42 cubits (63 feet) thick - (Tirmidhi)

7.      There will be a distance of 3 days between the two shoulders of the Jahanani (Muslim).

8.      Those who are arrogant in this world will be given a body equal to ants (Tirmidhi)

9.      The people of Hell shed so many tears that boats can be sailed in them (Hakim)

10.  If a piece of food (Thohar) given to the people of Hell is dropped in the world, then it will destroy the livelihood of the living beings of the whole world - (Ahmed, Nasa'i, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah)

11.  If a bucket (a few liters) of the drink given to the people of hell is poured into the world, it will make all the creatures of the world suffer from a bad smell - (Abu Ya'li)

12.  Boiling water will be poured on the heads of the people of Hell that it will piercehimm reach the stomach, and cut off everything that was in the stomach and all this will flow (from the back) to the feet.  (Ahmad)

13.  The unbeliever will be pierced in hell as hard as a spear is driven through the shaft of a car (Sharh Asna).

14.  The fire of hell is intense black - (in which hand will not touch hand) ((Owner)

15.  It will take 70 years for the people of Hell to climb the mountain of fire "Saud" and then it will descend, then they will be ordered to climb it - (Abu Ya'li)

16.  The hammers of iron to kill the people of hell will be so heavy that even if humans and those who want to lift them together, they cannot lift them - (Abu Ya'ali)

17.  The snakes of hell will be equal in height to camels and with one of their stings, a disbeliever will continue to feel the sting of its poison for 40 years - (Hakim)

18.  The scorpions of hell will be equal in height to a mule, the effect of their sting will be felt by the unbeliever for 40 years - (Ruler)

19.  The people of Hell will be driven face down in Hell - (Muslim)
