let's understand through a dialogue between a professor and a shoe polisher
The shoe polisher once asked the professor while he was polishing his shoes.
Master! Can I become a successful man too?
The professor laughed and replied.
“In this world, anyone can become great and rich”
The child's next question was, "How?"
The professor took the chalk from his bag and placed it on
his room's wall.
Draw three lines from right to left.
In the first line, wrote "hard work, hard
work, and hard work".
In the second line wrote, honesty, Honesty, and Honesty
And on the third line wrote only one word “Skill”.
After writing this, the child kept looking at the
professor, and the professor turned to the child and said:
There are three levels of development.
The first step is hard work.
Whoever you are, if you can work hard for three hours in the
morning, afternoon, and evening, then you will be 30% successful.
Whatever business you start, shop, factory, office, or kiosk
should open first early in the morning and close last at night.
You will succeed.
"Ninety percent of the
people around us are lazy," the professor stated. They don't work hard. When
you work hard, you move from the 90 percent lazy list to the ten percent
hardworking list. You are among those who are qualified for advancement.
The next step is honesty.
Honesty is a package of four habits.
Keeping promises, despising lies, bonding one's tongue,
and admitting mistakes.
Once you are addicted to hard work then be honest in your
life.
If the word comes out of the tongue once, you should always stick to it and admit your mistake, omission, and error.
You will be honest.
In business, the rate of honesty is 50%.
The first thirty percent is earned through hard work. The
other half provides you with honesty.
And the 20 percent left behind is talent/skill.
The remaining 20% you will get through your professionalism,
devotion, and your skill.
"You will be 100% successful."
The professor told the child.
But keep in mind that this professionalism and skill rate
is only 20%, and it comes at the end.
But it cannot be that you are unscrupulous and lazy and that
you succeed only by talent.
You have to start with hard work.
Honesty will have to make its own cloak.
Lastly, you have to show that you are a skilled person.
The professor told the child.
“I have seen dozens of talented, skilled artist starving
to death”
Why?
Because they were dishonest and lazy.
I have also seen many of the world's most talented
individuals fly private jets.
"You start walking on these three lines"
Success
will touch your feet
